1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEOPix at https://seopix.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SEOPix is an AI-powered image optimization tool. Users upload images which are processed (renamed, compressed, converted to WebP, and enriched with AI-generated alt text) and made available for download as a ZIP file.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

SEOPix uses a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 image processed.

• Free tier: Free accounts receive 15 credits per month, refreshed at the start of each calendar month.
• Credit packs (one-time purchase, credits never expire):
  • Pack S — $1.49 (50 credits)
  • Pack M — $3.99 (150 credits)
  • Pack L — $6.99 (400 credits)
• Subscriptions (monthly, credits accumulate month-to-month):
  • Starter — $2.99/mo (500 credits)
  • Pro — $5.99/mo (1,500 credits)
  • Business — $14.99/mo (5,000 credits)
  • Agency — $49.99/mo (Unlimited)
• All payments are processed securely by PayPal.

4. User Responsibility to Download

Once your images have been processed by SEOPix, it is your sole responsibility to download the resulting ZIP file promptly. Specifically:

• For free users, all processed files are permanently deleted after 24 hours from upload. No exceptions.
• Subscribers benefit from extended retention: last 10 processing sessions are kept. Credit pack users (no active subscription) retain the last 1 session.
• SEOPix is not liable for any loss of processed files due to failure to download within the applicable retention window.
• If you purchase credits but fail to download your files before they are deleted, no refund will be issued. The service was rendered when your images were processed and made available for download.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your browser supports downloads and that you are on a stable connection when downloading.

5. Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once used (i.e., once an image has been processed). Unused credits from credit pack purchases remain on your account indefinitely.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to any remaining credits but will not receive new monthly credits. Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

A refund may be considered only in the following case:

• A verified technical failure on our end prevented the files from being processed or made available for download, and you contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with evidence of the issue.

Failure to download within the applicable retention window does not constitute a technical failure and is not grounds for a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not own or have rights to
• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to abuse the credit system through account manipulation or multiple signups
• Use automated scripts to bulk-use the service in a way that disrupts other users

We reserve the right to block sessions that violate these terms without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and download. SEOPix does not claim any rights over your content. The SEOPix name, logo, and software are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SEOPix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed images will achieve any specific SEO outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of SEOPix after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
